First commit

This is the prototype app version of Reckless Deck the character creation card deck. This is not a finished app. Currently all of the data functions exactly as the final product will but the visuals are all one set of cards because the final game art has not been loaded into the app yet. This is just a demo for purposes of proof of concept.
